We offer a 40 Day Return Policy. You will have a full 40 days to return your new, unworn watch in the original packaging, for any reason, with no restocking fees and a full refund.

If you've shopped with us before, you know that we do our best to ship items on the same day, if received and verified before 12pm EST. Whenever possible, we also like to send an email with your shipping notice and tracking information the evening after your item is shipped. But please don't be surprised if your item arrives before our email does - especially around the holidays and during special sales.

P.O. Boxes and FPO Orders

Orders to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs are shipped using the US Postal Service, often causing considerable delays.

Our goal: is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Returns can be refunded or exchanged. 

All watches are 100% brand new. Casio watches are rugged and accurate. Please make sure to inspect your watch to see that it is in perfect working order before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape. 

Opened, new items may not be returned

Unopened items dated 40days after receipt are non-refundable.

The watch can only be returned if it has never been worn. It is impossible to wear a watch (even for short) periods and not get it scratched or blemished. If the watch shows the slightest sign of being worn, we cannot accept it, as we do not sell used or refurbished merchandise.
Unopened, new items may be easily returned within 40 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Item must be unopened, resalable, and still in their plastic wrap. Rinxwatches will Only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

Shipping fees: are not refundable. For Free Shipping you get a full refund.

Claims: for damaged or missing items must be received within fourteen days of receipt of merchandise. For defective items, item will be exchanged upon receipt and confirmation of defect. After This time period please refer to the manufacture warranty where applicable. 

Shipping Damage: If item arrives damaged due to shipping, keep all shipping cartons; and contact our customer service within three days of receipt of merchandise.

  • To return an item you must click on Return Item on your orders page or email support@rinxwatches.com.
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton, and pack carefully.
  • Include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  • Please ship with a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be unworn  in mint and clean condition, with blank warranty card and manual. In the original box, Items in sealed packaging will not be accepted if opened.

Shipping Policy: 


Orders will ship within twenty four hours of payment cleared. If we require additional time to ship your order we will update your accordingly. Once an order is shipped, we will send the tracking information, if applicable. 

Express shipments do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: an overnight order leaving our warehouse on a Friday will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time. 

We are happy to ship orders to all international destinations, Please note we are not responsible for customs and duty fees. Fees may be collected at delivery by your local carrier depending on the policies of every individual country these fees are determined by your Country and we are unable to provide this information. However if you have any special shipping instructions we will be happy to assist you. 

In the rare event that we are unable to ship your order due to manufacture restrictions we will notify you and cancel your order immediately. 

We ship to APO/FPO addresses.
